We are the Authorised Warranty Service Provider (AWSP) of IBM and even provide free services for IBM products (if under warranty) even if its not purchased through us .

Warranty provided are different on different parts. Its all standard warranties come along with the part from the parent company/vendor. The terms used for warranty are described below:

3yr Onsite: Onsite Comprehensive Warranty for 3 years within Municipal Limits or as agreed mutually

3yr CCI: Customer Carry in warranty for 3 years. Customer needs to carry the part at our service location.

3yr Limited: 3 year Limited Warranty means 1 yr comprehensive warranty on parts with labour and 2 year Carry in warranty on parts only

2yr Onsite: Onsite Comprehensive Warranty for 2 years within Municipal Limits or as agreed mutually

2yr CCI: Customer Carry in warranty for 2 years. Customer needs to carry the part at our service location.

1yr Onsite: Onsite Comprehensive Warranty for 1 year within Municipal Limits or as agreed mutually

1yr CCI: Customer Carry in warranty for 1 year. Customer needs to carry the part at our service location.

3month CCI: Customer Carry in warranty for 3 months. Customer needs to carry the part at our service location.

No Warranty: Warranty ceases on delivery of part.
